Shipping & Delivery
KSA ships most orders within 48 hours. The usual method of shipping is UPS Ground. Please specify your preferred method of shipment. Shipping and handling fees quoted above are for locations within the continental of U.S. Non-continental and international shipments are subject to surcharge. Due to packaging and or weight, non-media products are also subject to surcharge. Please inquire.
Privacy & Security
All prices, offers, and terms in this catalog are effective January 1, 2010 and are subject to change without prior notice. All products may be used for educational purposes with small class groups. Closed Circuit Television Rights and Public Broadcast via media such as television and cable television are subject to additional fees, and require prior written permission from KSA.
Returns & Replacements
If you decide to return any product, you must call KSA for a Return Authorization Number. You are responsible for the freight cost back, except for defective or wrong shipments. We strongly recommend that return materials shipped via UPS or other traceable means. KSA will not be responsible for items lost or damage in transit. Materials returned after the guarantee period, albeit authorized, are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Supply items are subject to substitution with comparable products. Video products may be used for educational purposes with small class groups.

Orders may be placed via mail, telephone, FAX or online at www.kidsafetystore.com. Please remember to sign your order.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
We accept Purchase Orders from government agencies or institutions (e.g., schools, hospitals). Otherwise, payment in advance is required.  We accept pre-printed checks or credit cards:  VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All purchase order transactions are payable within 30 days (Net 30). DVD’s and other non-media products are returnable within 30-days. Those interested in previewing may take advantage of this offer. All online special offers require advance payment.
Rush Shipping
Next Day, Second Day, and Three-Day UPS shipping service is available upon request. Surcharges apply.
Product Guarantee
Except books (15 days), all products are guaranteed for 30 days. Manufacturer’s warranties may exceed the 30 days. If you receive products that are damaged or defective, please call KSA immediately. We will replace the damaged material at no charge.
